I have Celiac and need to eat gluten free food. I chose the make your own bowl option and the gal at the counter made sure my choices were gluten free.
Ofc when in a shared kitchen there are chances for cross contamination but the kitchen takes steps to avoid. They will use ingredients under the counter for gluten free orders instead of the normal bins on the counter.
Both my mom and I had a gluten free bowl and neither one of us are sick. I'll for sure come back again.
