Fresh Kitchen in Weston delivers on the brand’s promise—fresh, customizable, gluten‑free bowl meals that don’t feel gritty or boring. I love the Coconut Ginger Rice and Maple Sweet Potatoes paired with citrus chicken and the Herb Balsamic Vinaigrette. The line during lunch is real, but moves swiftly, and the staff never skips on quality or friendliness. Shoutout to Sofia (if she’s on shift)—you clearly take pride in your work, and you make the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable.

This was my first time trying Fresh Kitchen, and I was excited because they’re supposedly gluten-free. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. Really small portion for $20 worth of food. Looking at the other photos in the review, I definitely was skimped out. Placed the fork for size reference. I don’t think I’ll be back.
