I must have requested gluten-free eight times. She had to remake my order three times because she kept putting gluten items on my order. I would ask, "Doesn't that have gluten?" - she would say, "Yes, I can take it off." Halfway through all this she spent nine minutes on a phonecall. My meal was cold.

Was in a rush because i thought i ordered skip the dishes but it never went through. The guy there was very nice and made my meal really quickly and even gave me extra veggies as I have a gluten allergy and couldn't have the wonton crisps! The only downfall of Freshii I find is they don't have really any gluten free sauces. Nothing against this store though its just Freshii in general. I will for sure go back to this store just based on the customer service!
