"The frigidarium" is Rapallo! This historic ice cream shop has always faced the castle, the entrance or the end of the walk with its tables; and while you taste the iconic "paciugo" you discover the beauty of the Rapallo palm trees which have resisted diseases and the fury of the sea and of the winds in the tsunami of 28 October 2018.. There at the tables, or inside, the delights are truly many and those who have high cholesterol or produce it themselves are not afraid..The creams can be "a white base" i.e. without eggs and gluten and there are infinite fruit flavours, as many as you could ever think of, but faced with so much variety there are still those who want vanilla and chocolate.
