My boyfriend and I dined in the domes last night and had such an incredible experience. We ordered the charcuterie board, and honestly, it’s the best charcuterie I’ve ever had — hands down. The selection of cheeses, meats, and pickled items was perfectly curated, and the in-house made seeded crackers were to die for. My boyfriend had the steak and fries, and I had the short ribs — both were absolutely delicious. I’m coeliac, and I was so impressed with how many alternatives were available for me. They did an excellent job keeping everything separate and making sure I felt safe and accommodated. Our server, Sidney, was an absolute rockstar. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and if she didn’t have an answer right away, she made sure to come back with one. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made our evening even better — truly hands down a star. The only suggestion I’d make is adding a gluten-free dessert option to the menu. And a small tip for future guests: it does get chilly in the domes, so dress warm. We’ll absolutely be back!

My daughter has celiac. I asked several questions when ordering the glutin free pizza. Separate pans, Separate knives... As I watched them make it, this is NOT the case! I do NOT recommend eating here if you have allergies. Mine and my wife's pizza had a burnt crust.
