Frittenwerk Münster

Very tasty...it would be even better if more gluten-free dishes were possible

Today I went to Frittenwerk in Münster for dinner with my children for the first time. My older daughter has celiac disease and is not allowed to eat gluten. Here at the Frittenwerk there is an informative allergen menu and the work processes, such as frying the fries exclusively in the french fry fat, which convinced my daughter to order food there. The “normal” fries were only seasoned with salt. Wonderful! After we have calmly studied the allergen menu again when we get home, she will try a different, more interesting dish on her next visit. The allergen card is available as a PDF download on the homepage - TOP! My other daughter has a fructose intolerance, and the ingredient “sugar” is also clearly labeled. The best thing was that the employees who served us and answered our questions were well informed and knew directly where to find the answers...and they answered calmly and patiently! Thanks! - gladly again! By the way, the price-performance ratio was also good!
