Frittenwerk Aachen

I actually love the fries from Frittenwerk, especially the garlic fries. Unfortunately, I don't always find it hygienic here. Today I was simply given a used tray, with a grease stain and a rim. Since hygiene is extremely important to me as a celiac, I now have a bad feeling about eating. But I'd like to be fair and say this is the first time this has happened to me here.

Good fries, but the toppings make everything soggy. The fries are covered in a layer of moisture. With wooden, blunt forks it completely becomes a battlefield. I would definitely come back next time for fries without topping. There is a wide choice of gluten-free options. After ordering it was my turn quickly, but unfortunately there was no seat afterwards, it was busy and not very big. That makes eating very inconvenient.
