Great organic bakery. Has only one store front and the rest is sold at farmers markets. They have organic gluten free bread. Great pastry and coffee if you visit the bakery outlet in Gardena.

My most favorite bakery.
It seems new flavors/tastes come out at least every season.
I miss my favorite scones, muffins, and others. They are sold out when I get there at 9 am or later on Saturday.
I like sweet pastries of this bakery very much. Especially blueberry muffin is excellent. It's moist and not too sweet.
When it comes to sweet pastries, they are less sweet than 85℃ and Porto's bakery or others.
Gluten-free loaf is a bit salty. But texture and taste are unique.
