I just left the restaurant after ordering a poutine to go. Having celiac disease, I asked the employees several questions. Thank you to them for their service and kindness ✌️

Galvaude poutine with BROWN sauce. Gluten-free which is rare in stores and apparently the fryer is used for fries so no cross-contamination... Automatic filtered oil but I don't know if it's with the other oils from other fryers... But I don't I didn't react.. I'm intolerant.. Not celiac so it remains a choice..
