Gluten free bun and a delicious hamburger

Tripped and fell into this place when looking for a place with gluten free options. I like their gluten free bun, very sturdy. The burger was good, but I'm a plain Jane (bun, cheese, meat) and this is the type of burger that does better with toppings (I think it's a leaner meat, not as flavorful on its own). Great hand cut fries. I felt covid safe, and the cherry for me was the paper straw for my drink. Gluten-free, down-to-earth, eco-friendly, awesome.
