Great selection! Lots of non dairy, gluten free, nut free, and soy free options!

PROs: Friendly and kind customer service! Clean outside and inside the establishment, no sticky floors or residue on surfaces. Plenty of flavors and toppings to choose from. Posted and detailed nutrition information is very helpful (Gluten free options). Plenty of customer parking spots mixed with 'posted' resident parking spots.
CONs: Outdoor seatings needs a power wash to remove cobwebs under the tables and there were a couple wasp nests on the building walls.
We visited the place twice. And both experiences had been great.
