Absolute best smoothie bowls in town. My personal favorite is the dragon bowl, but the acai bowl is a close second. Their granola is one of the best blends I've ever had and it's GLUTEN FREE 🥰 You can tell the ingredients are high quality and fresh.

Highly recommend this place! The whole place is gluten free! I saw Fruits & Roots at Roanoke Farmers Market and tried the juices. Loved every single one and bought 4! My kids loved them as well. I went into the establishment today and ordered a chocolate chip muffin and mermaid bowl! Everything is so fresh, delicious, and gluten free! Love that there are healthy options in Roanoke! I loveeee açaí bowls and smoothie bowls! I’ll be back next week! I had the chance to meet both the owners and they are both beautiful people inside and out! I wish them tons of success because the juices and smoothies speak for themselves! So delish!
