Frutta Bowls

Was there today going to try it out since I’ve never been, so I order the bowl, and I get a small since I wasn’t sure Id like it, it’s $9 something and then I go to pay and it’s now $12 something . I said the sign says $9 and she says oh since you got gluten free we had to charge more, a whole $3 more!? I have an allergy and I think that’s absurd! Also didn’t notice until I was leaving that it’s next to the gluten granola, and there weren’t any lids on either and looked like they were mixed. Glad I walked out.

absolutely horrible service. manager and staff blamed me for ordering regular granola instead of gluten free. as a person with celiac i think i know what and what not to order. i was given a bowl with regular granola eventhough i ordered gf and was told i should recognize the difference and that it was my fault. a manager has never fought with me before until today. this place is poorly run and mismanaged. the staff is rude and miserable. go to playa and save ur time.
