GLUTEN FREE items indicated on the menu and more than simply a salad. I enjoyed the Shrimp & Grits with grilled shrimp and served without gravy to make it GF. It’s a pretty busy place and you should anticipate a wait. Food, atmosphere, and service were great!

Went to the Frying Pan today in South Port with my family for the first time. Wow, what a first impression. The service was phenomenal thanks to Ella, she truly delivered and made our dining experience worthwhile. Every meal was a hit. From the ravioli to the braised beef over garlic mash. Coming from New York, we know good bread and these southerners did gluten justice. We will be recommending and returning.

A great waterfront restaurant with quite a few gluten free options. Most of the Chef’s Specialties are GF and come with roasted potatoes and green beans. There are also salads. Everything is cooked in a kitchens with a lot of flour and fried foods, so there is risk of cross contamination, but the staff is well trained.
