I ordered our order online to go a couple weeks ago from the Albuquerque Yale location. I was missing a hamburger from our order and showing the worker what was missing on my receipt on my phone and he kept counting the burgers out in front of me from the bag he was giving me which was four. On my receipt showing I paid for five. Extremely frustrating. Then when we get home we see we paid for 3 larger patties which was intended and we were given small patties for all. All hamburgers were made on a gluten free bun which we only asked for one burger on those. Drink was forgotten on my order as well. TERRIBLE service and waste of money to pay this amount of money and being cheated what you're paying for. I emailed 4 times to Fuddruckers to try and resolve this and make a complaint and get some of my money refunded and nobody ever contacted me. Save your money and don't bother at this restaurant.
