Fudo

This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Atlanta. The rolls are so fresh, and the service is great. I am gluten free and am married to a vegetarian, and we both love our options. It’s a very busy place, so don’t expect to show up on a weekend at 6PM without a wait. But it is worth it.

First time at Fudo and food was great. Staff is friendly, service is very good. We ordered a couple cocktail, which they are different and interesting taste. Options for vegetarian also gluten free. The place is nice, gets loud when busy (it does get busy around noon!) Not traditional Japanese food, but very tasty l recommend.

Extensive and unique list of special rolls. Very well staffed, and they were all friendly in a genuine, not over-the-top way. My friend is on a gluten free diet, and our waitress was knowledgeable about which options on the menu she could pick from, and she also helped me decide between the options I was debating on. They frequently filled up my water glass, and the water actually tasted good, which in ATL doesn’t happen often. My friend really liked the Earl Gray crème brûlée. The bar countertop extends back far, so you have a lot of space for your food and other stuff (eg, phone/purse).
