Being a Coeliac customer I spoke to the owner, she was extremely accommodating and pleasant to talk to, and happy to be of assistance.. There fryers are separate, making them completely gluten free, I had a GF roll, with one of the fillings that they have on display. It was one of the most delicious rolls I've ever had. I ended up having both a Chicken roll and a Chicken schnitzel roll, on seperate days, both as delicious as each other. ( Chicken schnitzel, made in house, completely gluten free ) The coffee was the best in Burleigh Heads, the cold brew and latte equally as good. I look forward to coming back to this tiny yet delicious takeaway place. Thank you for being so lovely and understanding They also have what looks like a delicious assortment of fresh baked goods, from Pies and Sausage rolls, to cake and pastries.
