Fuel Pizza

We decided to try Fuel when our usual pizza spot was closed. I have celiacs and they were extremely knowledgeable and warned me about the risk of contamination being high due to both ovens being in use and wanted to make sure I was aware and okay with the risk or if I wanted to change my order. The food was absolutely amazing. The gluten free crust had the perfect crisp, my boyfriends calzone was one of the best he’s had and my kids ate all 6 garlic knots and an entire pizza. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Hands down the best Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pizza in the greater Charlotte area. This was our family’s first time eating at this location, the original location. Our Gluten-Free and Dairy agree family has been eating at Fuel for over ten years and never had any issues with cross-contamination; nor had any food sensitivity reactions after eating their GF pizza. Most pizza places that offer GF crusts tend to burn their crust, but NOT at Fuel. Most pizza places that offer DF pizza tend to skimp on their cheese, but NOT at Fuel. Fuel Pizza can be a little pricey, but we are more than willing to pay for the quality and deliciousness!!! You won’t find a better Gluten Free or Dairy Free option for pizza around!!!
