Whenever I visit OBS, o make it a point to visit Fugu. This year I was told the “gluten-free” is not gluten free because it’s all fried in same oil so there is cross contamination. I appreciated the server telling me this before I ordered vegetable tempura, my favorite What a disappointment! Can you really advertise “gluten free” when you have the possibility of cross contamination? I don’t think so!
