Fuji at WoC

My friend and I had such a fun-filled night at Fuji WoC, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our incredible server, Cindy! From the moment we sat down, Cindy was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. She absolutely nailed my drink request and made sure it had a little extra kick, while also offering recommendations that were spot-on all night long. What impressed me most was how conscientious she was about my friend's gluten allergy. She took the time to ensure our food choices were safe, answered our questions thoroughly, and made us feel completely comfortable dining there. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the edamame, lobster lagoon, and pork belly bao buns, all of which were fantastic. The standout dish of the night was the Secret to Success Roll, which was gluten-free and quickly became a favorite for both of us. It was so good that we're already talking about coming back for it! Between the amazing food, great drinks, and Cindy's exceptional service, this was an unforgettable dining experience. If you're visiting Fuji WoC, do yourself a favor and ask for Cindy! You won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!

The service was beyond amazing. Vicky our waitress was very attentive to my Gluten allergy and they had so many delicious options. Will be back soon!

Last week on Flag Day I went here for dinner, and everything was amazing. Especially Ryan who led me to my table greeted me with a smile, and my server Virginia was positive and polite. The food was great and had a lot of Gluten Free options. I will definitely be returning because the service and food was great!
