Fuji Sushi Steakhouse

Gastronomic Delight! I am very cautious of where I eat because of gluten and dairy allergies. Fuji Sushi Steakhouse was accommodating and knowledgeable of my particular allergies and was able to guide me through the menu as to what I can and cannot eat. The location is easy and accessible. Perfect for our family and we will be dining with them more often.

I highly recommend trying this place out if you are a sushi-lover! The fish is fresh and delicious and the sushi rolls are great - perfect ratio of fish to rice. I’ve dined in twice and ordered via food delivery apps twice and quality has been great and consistent! They also seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about gluten allergies. I only asked our waitress one question about whether the spicy sauce had soy sauce in it, and she immediately asked if I’m gluten free and shared that the chef can accommodate for that in the roll I wanted. I was actually able to order and enjoy the specific rolls I desired, as they were able to make a change for me to accommodate for my Celiac disease! This went above and beyond what I expected, and I’m so grateful. Maxie was an amazing waitress and we truly enjoyed our meal! :)
