I've been to a lot of hibachi restaurants but this was really one of the best! Ryan was our chef and he was THE BEST I think we've ever had. Super entertaining and fun, whereas most hibachi chefs are just clanging their utensils and going through the motions. Trevor was our host and he too was excellent! Our teen and preteen both laughed the entire time and ate all their food.
The real bonus was when we mentioned my Celiac Disease and need for gluten free options. Trevor and Ryan were great about this, although my dish was made separately in back to avoid cross contamination (which I appreciated). They even brought me gluten free soy sauce and tofu soup instead of the onion soup everyone else had! Above and beyond! Oh speaking of the food, it was excellent and we left with enough for another dinner the next day
If I were a local, I'd eat here all the time.
