Very clean with a minimalist set up and attractive decor. The waitress was very accommodating especially since I have a gluten sensitivity. The manager was polite and visited our table to check in. The hibachi was fresh and I absolutely love the green tea ice cream. I would eat here often if I lived in the area. Domo arigatou gozaimasu!

We went to Fujiyama with my mom who has multiple allergies (dairy, sugar, gluten, eggs, some vegetables, etc). The servers and chef were all incredibly accommodating and helpful. The chef cooked her food first and made sure nothing touched on the grill. My mom was able to enjoy her meal knowing the food was safe. Thanks!
