Fulin's Asian Cuisine At Cambridge Square, Ooltewah

We’ve been ordering at Fulin’s for years but this will be the last time we order from here. We would frequently order the sushi lunch. One of the lunches would be regular and the other would be ordered specifically gluten-free (sub imitation crab with salmon, no salad dressing, and the vegan/GF miso soup). When we tried to order the soup tonight for take out, we were informed by the GM that none of their soups are gluten free or have ever been GF. I’m glad we were finally told this information, because I’m starting to put two & two together about negative health-related reactions I have had the days after eating here. However, the GM showed no remorse upon hearing that we’ve been served this soup several times by their staff despite us mentioning strict gluten-free requirements. She had no interest in rectifying this or even apologizing when we spoke over the phone. They still tried to charge my husband for the soup after all of this. They had to issue him a refund when he went to pick it up. Also, the sushi is very inconsistent. Some days it’s decent and other days it’s horrible. Today it was not good. Worst $60 ever spent. Their other food is pretty bland too. Don’t eat here especially not if you’re celiac or gluten intolerant.

My sister and I both have to be gluten free and the waitress was extremely knowledgeable about what was and wasn't gluten free. It was so nice and she was so kind, plus the food was delicious!
