I’d be super careful if you come here. I asked for confirmation that the vegan bacon was gluten free — there is a waffled labeled vegan and gluten free on the menu that includes it, but it’s not labeled as gf in the sides section. They said, “yes! It’s gluten free, it’s made of seitan.” When I told them seitan was literally made of gluten the chef said, “I don’t know…” So that’s not great.
