Furneaux Restaurant & Comptoir

I met a lot of people told me this is one of the best restaurants in Australia. I was a bit hesitant because I am a vegetarian and I couldn’t find if they offer veg dishes on their website. The chefs and staffs were friendly and kind, and they are willing to cater any special dietary including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals. It turns out an amazing dinner and every dish was wonderful. Definitely recommend everyone to book a reservation with them when you travel to Saint Helens or stay near Binalong bay.

The food is simply incredible! As a french born and bread myself this is high end food. I tried a couple of french restaurants in Hobart and it was nowhere near as good as this place. The service was also top quality, the chef was super friendly and always checking with customers to make sure everything is alright. To top it up, over 90% of their food is gluten free and lactose free! I will definitely come back to try other delicious dishes.
