Gluten Free options abound here at Fuse Box. Everything on the "Bites" menu is off the hook amazing, and the calamari is literally some of the best I've ever had. (We got two orders of it, it was that good.) They have a cool and cozy atmosphere, with a beautiful Zen feeling when you walk into the space. We came in on a not so typical night, when the owners agreed to let us decend on them for a semi last minute going away event for our best friends. About 40 people showed up on what is probably a quiet night and the kitchen and servers handled us all with grace and efficiency. Food came out quickly and delicious, and the staff all worked together to be sure everyone was enjoying the food and the company. My son and I will 100% be back in the near future, especially with so many gluten free choices!

Delicious gluten-free General Tsos Chicken! They couldn't do it completely gf because of the sauce. Luckily I'm just gluten sensitive and could use gluten aid as a backup precaution. The General T's Chicken didn't come with broccoli like what I'm used to. l ordered the vegetable soup with rice noodles and chicken. It was a delicious chicken noodle soup hack. I was fighting a cold at the time. One star off because my boyfriend's order was wrong they added chicken instead of shrimp to his lo mein. Still he said his food was also delicious.
