This was a shocker to me. Not only did Zack, my waiter, point out the gluten free bun, he insisted that the chef wanted to come and speak to me. When the chef arrived, he explained that they separate all foods served on a gluten free ticket from the rest to avoid cross contamination. This shows the customer first mindset instead of allowing me to flounder around and get something that I probably shouldn't have. I did have the burger in the gluten free bun and it was quite good.
It was an alcohol free night for me but they have plenty of beer on tap and several in bottles (if memory serves). Oh and Chef offered me two gluten free desserts. I would have taken him up on one if I wasn't so full. Absolutely would go here again.
