Got the gluten free fish burger and unfortunately the bun was like a rock and inedible. The amount of fish was less than half the small bun size and did not look like the photos on the website. Burgers’ Fuel and Wisconsin do good gluten free buns and would suggest Fush do some research to improve their ingredients and amount given. At $29.90 for the burger + chips I would have expected better.

I was recommended Fush by the celiac community page, and am very impressed. The food is tasty, plus I love the friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Fush take cross contamination seriously, have a seperate fryer and have a good sized GF menu. I enjoy my food every time with no anxiety of getting sick! Thank you from all the celiacs for providing a great place to enjoy delicious kai.
