I've always enjoyed their sushi and they have a good grasp on what is and isn't gluten free. I usually get take out from here but their dining room is passant and comfortable. There is plenty of parking, though be careful in the winter as it can get icy.

Fusion is an incredible restaurant. They have awesome gluten-free options and are very sensitive to food allergen. I would highly recommend
