Fusion By Manuel

Was looking for a place downtown open on Mondays that also serves a Gluten Free option. So glad I found Fusion by Manuel! Customer service was amazing and they had a couple gluten free options and were willing to work with me to make some so I can eat them (like offering to make the Ramen with the Pad Thai noodles). I did choose the Chicken Pad Thai this time though, but will definitely try the Ramen at some point too. The Chicken Pad Thai was amazing. So flavorful. Presentation was beautiful as well. I loved it. Afterwards I ordered the Tarta de Santiago (orange almond cake) to go. But I had to try a couple bites before leaving and oh my it's amazing. First, it's a huge piece. Second, it's so moist and flavorful. I can't wait to come back. This definitely jumped to the top three of my favorite places in town. Thank you for a great meal.
