What a nice surprise in my dear Hochelaga neighborhood! Hidalgo welcomes you with panache and good humor and tells his menu with passion. A priori reluctant to Latin flavors because they are often too fatty and too salty, I was very positively surprised by the freshness and flavor of the ingredients.
