I had given Fuss a call a couple of days ago to inquire about their gluten free cupcakes, of course they couldn't guarantee it to be 100% safe for celiacs, when the lady I spoke to describe their procedure I felt pretty safe eating them. It worked really well for the birthday we had in our office, as I am the only celiac here, so my co-workers could have their non-gluten free cupcakes. It was so tasty and fluffy! I have had some gluten free cupcakes that were so dry and dense they could be used as a hockey-puck, but these were so delicious! I will definitely be back here to by both gluten free and non-gluten free cupcakes. (I had the black forest cake, and it was to die for. Soo good!). I'd attach a photo, but I ate it.
