Gluten-Free Options: Yes but not certified. Cross Contamination: Unsure Halal/ Kosher Options: Yes, but not certified. Vegan Option: All granita is vegan and they have some vegan gelato too. Vegetarian Options: Yes Nut Free Options: Yes First Impression: A nice modern and airy space. It is a small, made for pick up. Favourite: I only tried the chocolate and hazelnut gelato. Both were outstanding! The texture is a lot softer and stretchier than regular gelato. It reminded me of middle eastern booza which was quite nostalgic for me since I grew up eating home made booza. In addition both were very unique, of quality, not overly sweet and full of flavour. I definitely want to try more- especially the cremino and pistachio. Critiques: The service was not bad but could be improved. I could have also came in on an off day and I believe the person who served me was new. Bonus: They have weekly rotating flavors. The best gelato + granita in Toronto—hands down. And an added bonus, they’re wildly accommodating ensuring there’s something for everyone. There’s always have a dairy-free option (that’s waaaaay better than your standard vegan chocolate or fruit sorbet option) AND they have gluten free cones. Their weekly rotating menu of flavours always tempt us back!!
