I was very excited to find this taco shop that has many gluten-free options.
I was also surprised that this is a chain and has several locations in Colorado.
After looking over the gluten-free menu, I chose the chicken nachos and a breakfast taco with potatoes and eggs.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, explaining the menu options or modifications. I personally like black beans on my nachos, not just chicken. It is an up charge but worth the extra 1.50.
Would I recommend this restaurant? Absolutely! But don't take my word for it. Go try for yourself.
