I have been working in Tignes for four months and come here basically once a week. There are several restaurants selling Chinese food in Tignes, and this one is the most authentic. I basically ate all the dishes, the beef noodles, fried beef with green onions, and ginger chicken were all very good. The three-cup chicken seems a bit uninteresting (I’m not Taiwanese, maybe what I’ve eaten before is not authentic.)
Especially the beef noodles, which have a Taiwanese sweet braised soup base. The beef is well-chosen, with gluten and large chunks, which is very satisfying. The beef stir-fried with green onion has a hot pot flavor and the beef is tender.
In addition, the boss’s red oil chili oil really won my stomach as a Sichuan native.
