In the heart of Viladecans, I was pleasantly surprised at **Get Fresh**, a restaurant that, from the first moment, stands out for its personalized attention and in-depth knowledge of food intolerances. We were in a group with very specific needs: one person with celiac disease and another with lactose intolerance. In many places this is often a challenge, but here it was just the opposite. The staff assisted us impeccably, not only pointing out options on the menu, but adapting dishes to our restrictions. It really is amazing to find places where these issues are not only understood, but also offer a considerable variety of suitable and delicious options. The culinary experience began with *Onion bahji*, crispy battered onions that were served on chickpea flour bread, made to order and gluten-free. This gesture already made it clear to us that we were in good hands. To accompany it, they served us a normal *nan*, but completely lactose-free, which was another detail worth highlighting. The commitment to adapting dishes to our needs without sacrificing flavor is noteworthy. Among the mains, the *Chana masala* shone with its perfectly spiced chickpea creaminess, while the *Tandoori chicken tikka* offered an explosion of smoky and spicy flavours, so tender it fell apart in every bite. On the other hand, the *Mutton madras* turned out to be a delight for lamb lovers, with just that touch of spiciness that made it irresistible. To close, we tried the *Veg Manchurian*, vegetable croquettes full of texture and flavor, another dish that stood out not only for its presentation, but for its balance between fried and fresh. The service was fast, attentive and, above all, with gastronomic knowledge worth highlighting. Not only did they know exactly what ingredients each dish would contain, but they took the time to explain possible modifications to us to make sure there were no risks. The price per person was €16. The best Indian food we have ever had and the staff was 10! We will return next week without a doubt. They have gluten free and vegetarian options. The boss is a charm and is attentive to everything you need. Thank you so much
