This food truck is a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Both my husband and my son have celiac disease and can eat here without any problem.
The owners/ chefs have gluten-free food dialed in perfectly. The steak practically melts in your mouth, but my personal favorite is the onion rings and chicken popcorn. They are so freaking good.
