My first galette. Full of volume! The dough is thin, but it is very filling. The taste is also great. The atmosphere of the store is also good. The exterior is also stylish. Not only the galette course, but also the seasonal parfait that changes every month, and the souvenir bagels and jams are all gluten-free, so if you have a wheat allergy, please give them a try. I didn't use any wheat at all, and I thought the quality was amazing.

I stopped by for a break from my road bike. There is no bike rack. This cafe specializes in gluten-free food and has a three-course lunch menu, with galettes as the main course. I ordered the B set, which includes soup, galette, and drink, and changed the soup to onion gratin soup and the galette to a seasonal galette for an additional fee. The menu is carefully explained to me, and I feel at ease♪ The onion gratin soup has bread inside, which is also gluten-free♪ The galette is also gluten-free♪ It has lots of scallops, and after I finished it, I was fuller than it looked♪ It was really delicious♪ Thanks to them, I was able to have a good break.
