Not pictured was a beautiful crab soufflé in a pool of crab-studded sauce, absolutely delicious. Super proper sourdough with room-temperature butter! Venison Haunch was a pile of tender moist sliced meat in a fennel sauce, the roast butternut squash on salsa verde was lovely, but the star was the day special chanterelles with a herb pesto, egg yolk & butter. Stunning. Good wine list, excellent craft beers and very gluten-free friendly. Highly recommended for a finessed experience. Not expensive!
