G.O.R.G.E. Chocolates

Great stop on the great oceanroad drive. Met some cute alpacas and a super friendly dog. All the chocolates, cafe and alpaca items were 100% worth what they are asking. Were super happy with our hot cocoas we got from the cafe and the tasty chocolates we bought. There was heaps of variety, and catered to gluten free and dairy free people. Totally recommend people stop by!

We stopped by for a coffee, a natter and a treat, some chocolates and two gifts . Parking was plentiful and the carpark was three quarters full. I am a bit shaky on my legs and just as I got to the door a kind man opened and held it for me. We ordered a coffee each. I had cheesecake and my friend had a chocolate rough treat. The coffee and food came promptly and everything was delicious. There were several gluten free choices available. While we ate we noticed that there are outdoor eating areas, a play area for children and many types of merchandise including garden ornaments, candles, alpaca products, puzzles, gourmet food, carpets and hats. The same gentleman who opened the door for me was keeping the floor spotless, clearing tables and he again kindly offered me assistance while I was choosing my gifts. The alpaca socks and luxury scarves are top quality and so beautiful. The ladies behind the counter were also very happy and helpful. I am always happy to spend my money in such a well run establishment. There were plenty of other people there who clearly felt the same. Thanks for making us welcome !
