The gluten free pizza here has had me dreaming of going back to Encinitas ever since I took a bite. The owner has created a magical, fluffy, crispy dough that is every celiac pizza lovers dream.

We stopped in for a quick slice on a Monday evening. Our favorite is the buratta but we haven't had one we didn't like yet ! Super cute little spot, great addition to the neighborhood. Hoping to come back soon to check out the brunch and gelato. Gluten free, veggie and vegan pizza available
