GRACE. bar + eatery

Last minute decision I am very pleased to have made. We arrived in Rutherglen in the late afternoon of Easter Monday and were unsure of what our dinning options would be. Booked a table at Grace and were met with friendly staff who attended to our needs without intrusion. Plenty of gluten free options for my wife and a fabulous wine list. We shared entrees and main and were impressed with both. The highlight though was the affogato served with a wonderful muscat and creamy walnut icecream. Do yourself a favour - eat at Grace Bar and eatery.

We just had a 3 course lunch here. The service food and atmosphere was brilliant. It was quite busy for a Monday lunch... We ate in 4 places in the region over the weekend and we think this was the best... The host/ owner was super friendly and helpful. Highlights were the duck parfait. Really delicious. My wife really enjoyed her main of ricotta gnocchi w porcini cream. Both desserts were excellent. On our way we picked up a gluten free cake and a glorious Portuguese tart. They also sell take home meals and local cheese. A gem of a venue. We will definitely be back for lunch/dinner next time we are in the region.
