If you're looking for a place to stay in the I cannot recommend Astuto's enough, the hosts are deeply knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I also have celiacs which the hosts catered for perfectly and I had no issues at all with the food in fact I would go so far as to call it beautiful. After being unable to eat 80% of Japanese this was a welcome respite for worrying about where and how I was going to eat.
So if you're in the area I cannot recommend them more highly (6*)
