Simply the freshest bagels that don't feel heavy in the stomach. We also love their croissants and many flavored muffins. Gabe's also offers Udi's gluten free bagels, which I get for hubby who has MS ( they somehow taste better than the ones I get from the supermarket). Gabe's do a wonderful job making blended cream cheeses; our favorites are sweet raisin cream cheese , chive cream cheese, and lox spread which is cream cheese with chunky pieces of lox. They are a friendly staff, and they have seating indoors and outdoors under the mall's overhang.
