Gabe's Vegan Cakes

Best gluten free cake I've had since getting diagnosed with coeliac disease! Beautiful looking cake and everyone said it was delicious 😋 xx

I found Gabes cakes via Facebook and I’m so glad I did. Being vegetarian and gluten free makes it difficult to find beautiful desserts to enjoy and my wedding guests equally have trouble as we had many vegans, and some requiring no refined sugar. It seemed an impossible task to find an option that would suit everyone. However, Gabe prevailed! We ordered a number of cakes in total (including our beautiful wedding cake) and we couldn’t have been happier. Not only were they works of art, decorated with hand made chocolate and edible flowers, but they were completely delicious!! Everyone at our wedding was so surprised and they all felt so included to know that they too could enjoy the dessert (when often they couldn’t). The cake table was so beautiful and although we wondered if we’d ordered too much…they were completely demolished! Not only were the cakes wonderful, but so was Gabe. He always responded to my enquiries and provided exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to provide a really special wedding cake too! We loved it. I would strongly recommend booking Gabe, wether it’s a birthday, a wedding or just a weekend you need to treat yourself. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely need to order again in future.
