As always, really good ice cream. However, the staff was unable to avoid contamination of the ice cream. My children's instructions were not understood by the staff. This is how my children received my ice cream. The cornet was said to be really good and the ice cream too. Too bad! According to the declaration, the ice cream varieties are all gluten-free and some are also lactose-free.
