Gaby's Gourmandise

I purchase from Gaby’s quite often. The customer service is Great. Robin is great to chat with. It’s a great place to find fresh, quality gluten free items such as their strawberry Fraisier(a delightful gluten free cake), and their quiche. I’m a quiche snob so it’s definitely great. I was able to custom order a gluten free quiche this past week and I could hardly tell the difference between traditional crust and the gluten free crust. Definitely recommend this shoppe.

After enjoying Gaby’s Gourmandise for years, my wife and I asked Gaby to help us with a cake for our daughter’s baptism. Gaby created a custom almond flour cake to our specifications, including that it be gluten free. The cake was exceptional and all of our guests raved about it. Thank you Gaby and team!
