Gaia's Urban Eatery

A great spot for both gluten and vegetarian options! I'm often so limited with meals when I combine the two. Loved it so much I went back a second time the next day. The staff was super friendly as well.

Had a really wonderful lunch at Gaia's - I had the 2.0 burger, a smoothie, and the vegan tiramisu and they had the poutine and a rose lemonade, and all of it was genuinely fantastic - particularly the tiramisu which I'm still thinking about hours later, easily the best I've ever had honestly. They are very careful for celiac / gluten free items and the whole menu is vegetarian with most being available vegan, and there's a wide variety of types of cuisine on the menu, with the employees all being really knowledgeable about everything, and really friendly too! Essential eating for anyone in Charlottetown and especially those of us who have trouble finding options away from home :)
