Galaxie Diner

OMG! So good. I have walked past this place hundreds of times and finally had breakfast there on Easter Sunday. Everything was fantastic: the server brought us coffee outside while we waited, wow. Inside it's such an authentic old diner with seating at the bar and a few booths. So cool. The chefs cook the food right in front of your eyes, it was fascinating to watch them work so hard. And the food itself is sublime! What an experience. One thing to note: due to them having 1 smallish grill I can't imagine they can cater to vegans or gluten intolerant people.

Great breakfast. Superb service. Each of the items, tomato Avocado eggs Benny on a crossiant and a loaded omelette were amazing. Side of hash and Gluten Free toast which is awesome for me. And toast and hash are endless so I had an extra plate of hash. Would definitely go back.
